Bright and open 1300 Sq. ft. two bedroom lower suite with patio and seasonal pool (May - Oct). Spectacular mountain & glacier views from main living area, master bedroom, and of course the pool. Fully equipped kitchen, laundry and charging TESLA EV. Radiant heat means no air exchange with upstairs unit. New BBQ added in 2021. Pool patio has sunshine from mid morning till late evening. The walk-on beach is lovely, the view is breathtaking, from summer heat to winter storms, it is peaceful, serene and some days the sound of the surf, eagles and herons are all you hear. There are many excursions close by including mountain biking, skiing, fishing, boating and hiking. The Valley is nature personified and Kye Bay is a jewel - the breath of sea air in the morning is worth the visit for sure!
