The local area offers nice walks, National Trust properties and gardens, offering a perfect relaxing weekend or mid-week break. Clay pigeon shooting experiences available.

A ground floor apartment located at the rear of a detached Georgian style building sharing a private rear entrance with one other apartment. Each flat has a dedicated parking spot, secure gated access to the main property by means of a key code gateway. The flat has its own kitchen with fridge and freezer and washing machine/dryer. The flat is sanitised every time it’s cleaned in line with covid cleaning spec. The flat comes with dedicated parking for two cars on the property next to the door.

Two pubs and a well stocked village shop are within walking distance and the historic town of Knutsford is a 10 minute drive away. A hamper of breakfast bits is provided incl. eggs, bacon, muesli, bread etc - vegan options available on request.

Looking for a relaxing break, or need a place to stay for a wedding, this is the perfect getaway set in the stunning Cheshire countryside. Set within 16acres of grassland, with a great view out over the pond, Waters Edge has plenty of wildlife to spot. There is a lovely walk around the local sand quarry with a stop off at the Waggon & Horses and if you fancy something longer you can head up to the cloud or the roaches. You are a two minute drive to Sandhole Oak Barn and The Plough Inn.

Unwind with the beautiful views and stunning sunsets whilst listening to the woodland wildlife. There are also many lovely walks in our area and good access to local shops. Our family of 5 people plus an Airedale Terrier will give you a warm welcome and will do everything we can to help you enjoy your stay. Simply furnished and comfortable, you can relax inside the cottage or explore the garden - the patio, the hammock, the fire-pit, or the BBQ, or just sitting in the damson orchard admiring the blossom!
