Private boat launch is 2 houses down for anyone with a boat. Very convenient. You will have access to the entire house and the boathouse where you can fish off of the dock, sunbathe, or swim. There is great fishing off the dock. Great for any fisherman coming to fish the lake or a family looking for a quiet getaway. No pets allowed

Situated on a corner lot with pull through carport/garage with over a 1/2 acre of yard for extra parking if needed. There are two public boat launches, two full-service restaurants, convenience store, Dollar General and Keith's Tackle store within a 1-2 mile radius.

Pleasant Hill is a small town located in Sabine Parish. It’s home to Pleasant Hill High School and the Battle of Pleasant Hill held the 2nd weekend in April. The town has Dairy Delight, H&L, Golden's, Ole Skool Flavor and Battlefield Nutrition as places to eat, car wash, washateria, and Saye’s Boutique. All located in gudiebook.

Need a porch to sit on and listen to the sounds of the lake? Launch a kayak and catch a few bass? This little cabin is a perfect get -away. Sits on a secluded hill on 23 acres of private property. Spend some time in nature and enjoy being away from city life. We DO have Direct TV available, and NOW HAVE WIFI. Some cellphone carriers offer poor signal in this area also. Be prepared to "unplug & unwind" on this unique excursion. DO have outdoor BBQ pit and propane cooker for outdoor use
