Large garden with lots of outdoor seating and plenty of space for kids to play football, jump on the trampoline etc. No matter what season you visit Spruce lodge it has something great to offer, be it the garden in full bloom during Summer, the gorgeous Autumnal colours of Autumn, the warm romantic Winter evenings by the open fire or the awakening of nature in Spring with the dawn chorus, you won't be disappointed.

Take the Titanic Trail Walking Tour (one of Ireland's best and most informative walkingtours in Ireland, a must). Spike Island Tour and the Titanic Experience. Also Fota Wildlife Park and Fota Golf Resort,( which hosted the Irish Open in 2014) a mere 5 minutes outside the town.. I am also less then 5 minutes to Jameson Distillery, Midleton.

It's on a one-lane road in the Black Valley, ideal for hiking and bike riding in a peaceful, quiet, secluded location. It can be reached from Moll's Gap (3km), 17km from the Gap of Dunloe, 25km from Carrauntoohil, and 13km from Kenmare, the nearest town, where you'll find pubs and restaurants. It also adjoins Killarney Park and The Ring of Kerry. Breakfast includes a selection of homemade scones or bread, and other delights in a lovely conservatory with a stunning view of the Black Valley.

This bedroom includes a Queen size double bed and more as shown in the photographs. The Bathroom (with bath and shower) near the Bedroom is shared between the two guest rooms. A generous self-service breakfast in the large Dining Room is included. An extra bed can be added to the room for a third guest if needed. The house is child friendly and with a crib/cot if needed for an infant. There are private parking spaces (with an EV charger) and bus stops are within a short walking distance.

Your room overlooks the Knockmealdown mountains from two separate aspects. You will have your own private bathroom which is directly beside the bedroom. Our house is ideally located as a Base as it it on a direct bus route to Cork city 15 mins away. We are 5 mins walk from the centre of the town of Carrigaline. We are 5 min drive from the famous sailing village of Crosshaven home of the oldest sailing club in the world. We are approximately 20 mins drive from Kinsale which is a real tourist attraction. There are lots of interesting sighseening attractions within easy reach of our house.

The Shed

A 15 / 20 minute drive from Killarney on route to the famous Ring of Kerry in the middle of the Reeks District voted in the top 5 destinations to visit in the Rough Guide. 7 minutes to Killorglin the home of Puck Fair the oldest festival in Ireland. This cottage is set at the foot of the McGillycuddy Reeks with a view of Carrantuohill. Perfect for hiking, walking and cycling... The space sleeps 2 people. The heating is electric.
