Our beautifully maintained, 100-year-old farmhouse, sits at the center of 200 acres of apple orchards, woods, and pastures, owned, and operated by our family, in the beautiful Champlain Valley of central Vermont. Our farmhouse offers the perfect location for a multi-family vacation or family reunion, a spacious and quiet setting for a retreat, or a quick getaway to rural, central Vermont, any time of year. Just 10 minutes from Middlebury College, an ideal rental for weekend college events.

This renovated historic schoolhouse provides a peaceful setting from which to explore everything the Middlebury area has to offer. The outside entry deck overlooks over a 1000 acres of open field and farmland. Middlebury is only 3 miles away and offers museums, restaurants, and shopping. This is an active farm: horses, dogs, geese, a duck, and chickens. Please read the house manual as it has lots more information about the house and property.
