The condo is an 800 sq. ft. apartment located above our working shop & is separate from our home, w/ a hot tub you reserve. The main open loft space has a king bed & single sofa sleeper. There is a separate bedroom space w/ a full bed. It has a small bathroom & kitchen. The condo & our home are on 2 acres with lush trees & close to vineyards, such as, Coria, Willamette Valley, and Ankeny & beautiful parks, a wildlife refuge, & rivers. You'll be close to everything Salem! This is an entire unit in a duplex with privacy. Enjoy wifi, full coverage cell service, and Xfinity hotspot service. You'll have the entire place to yourself. My family lived here from 2015-2022 when we decided to move to a bigger place. We rent our place exclusively on Airbnb and our retired parents have the space nextdoor.
