Amazing location! Beautiful home located privately on 1 1/2 acres located in the rolling Appalachian foothills in Coshocton behind Historic Roscoe Village. Price based on 2 guests. Enter correct number of guests so the correct price is calculated. Sleeps up to 6. Comfortable Beds in 3 bedrooms and has 2 baths. Large wraparound porch allows room for relaxing, rocking, dining and hammocking :-). Firepit and large lawn allow for relaxing fun. Walk to Roscoe Village or drive in just 2 minutes.

The Farmhouse at Cattail Creek is located in the heart of Amish country family farms near Baltic, Ohio. Although Marv and I are not Amish we have many close friends and relatives who are. We appreciate our heritage and the culture around us. We enjoy sharing this unique setting with our guests. The house is a big rambling farmhouse that will encourage you to relax and use all three levels to spread out. A deck and patio will encourage you to spend time outdoors as buggies and bikes go by.

The kitchen includes appliances and cookware, with the outdoor area offering a propane grill. Complimentary firewood is provided for the firepit.

Rustic Country Farmhouse on 230 Acre McKee Farm

McKee Farmhouse was built in the mid-eighteen hundreds and is nestled on a 230+ acre farm. It was remodeled in 2025. It has a lovely full kitchen with a vaulted ceiling and all new appliances. The bedrooms are spacious and clean. There is a first floor master bedroom. The first floor has central air conditioning and heat. The second floor has ductless mini splits heating and air conditioning. The farm has lovey places to hike and explore. There is a VCR, but no wifi or satellite.

Pearl Falls

Quiet 2 story cabin within 30 min of wineries, restaurants, Sugar Creek and other tourist attractions. The house is located off the main road down a long hilly gravel road away from the hustle of the crowds, but close enough to enjoy the local tourist attractions. *There are wild game camera's on the property to for observing the local wildlife, one is located in the driveway of the property and observes the parking area as well. No recording devices are inside the property.

Tropical Paradise at Nellie Nest

This guest suite will have you feeling like you are in the tropics. The HOT TUB is seasonal and not available until the weather warms up in the spring. You are close to a waterfall, covered bridges, Amish stores, hiking, kayaking and Roscoe Village historic canal town make for a fun weekend. Hunters are close to Woodbury Recreation Area. in addition, my neighbor will allow hunting at dusk on his property where the deer have a daily pattern.
