WE'VE GOT THE SHACK...YOU BRING THE LOVE......This rustic backwoods log cabin is a couples retreat with total privacy and nestled among the pine trees on 5 acres with a seasonal creek at the edge of our hobby farm. This an open plan cabin with a queen bed, self contained indoor wood burning fire (wood provided), dining table and sofa. There is a small kitchenette with a kettle, coffee maker and toaster. 2 garbage bins, one for garbage and one for cans and bottles. Fire pit for cooking

Cochrane Business Permit #0009185 A spacious & quiet one bedroom private suite with full bathroom, & kitchen (sorry, no dishwasher). Queen bed (Endy) in the bedroom. Also there is a pack and play crib as needed. The sofa is a pull out which can be used for children. Enjoy the sunset with partial mountain views from the patio. Close proximity to the hiking trails, mountains and, ski resorts. 40 min drive from Calgary Airport; 15 min to NW Calgary; 50 min to Canmore; 1 hour to Banff.

We bought our house in 2005 and have made many changes to it since.  One of them being the 500 ft.² guest suite. It features its own entrance, full kitchen, full bathroom, cozy bedroom and living room areas. It sits on a well manicured double lot and is attached to the main house in the heart of Didsbury, on a beautiful tree-lined street. It is walking distance to the shops of Main Street and our beloved cafés as well as a grocery store. Built in 1940, it is a house of many stories.
