The apartment is located between Novi Vinodolski and Selce, its in a very quiet area so you can relax and injoy your vacation. It's a new build apartment. The beach in located in Novi Vinodolski or Selce and its about 5 km away. If you want sandy beach, there is Crikvenica and its about 8 km away from the apartment. We have a grill area with a stone table and wooden benches were you can eat or just relax and have a cold drink. The parking is very close to the apartment. Contact us for anything.

Casa Giardino is a stone guest house situated in the beautiful Mediterranean garden in a harbor of the small island town of Nerezine, Lošinj island. Just few steps from the sea and beach, but hidden in the garden for full privacy. Park your car in the driveway and walk to all the restaurants, shops, town square, beautiful beaches or just relax here. 60m2 house had been built in a traditional manner but completely refurbished in 2019 for a modern and comfortable stay. Rustic, old and simple round house (former windmill) protected by the Ministry of Culture of the Republic of Croatia. The house is a few minutes away from the center of town Cres. The beach is in front of the house, with a long promenade along the coast, including plenty of sports activities, especially for cycling. In the garden around the house there is a large cedar and local herbs that you can use in the kitchen. In the garden, guests enjoy the sunny places or the shade.

This is my grandparten's old family house that was recently renovated for other families to enjoy it too. It is situated on top of the village, provides a special view, garden, patio and a second terrace where you can enjoy the warm peaceful moments. The nearest beach is 15-20 min walk, the nearest grocery store is 4 min walk. All kinds of families from all backgrounds are welcome to stay.

You will love this small, cozy house because of it's location near the beach and the city centre (both a 5 minute walk). Since the house is self-standing, you will be able to enjoy your privacy. I offer also a parking space. The place has air conditiong to cool you down in the hot summer days. You can enjoy a nice cup of coffee with the view of the city walls from the terrace.
