Private riverside retreat

Private tiny house situated on the Pleasant river in Windham Maine surrounded by woods and nature! River is stocked with brook trout and lots of bass. Canoes are available for guest use to explore the river. The camp is located behind the main property ~500ft down a dirt road. 4X4 is recommended or you can park at the main house and it's a 3 minute walk. House is very comfortable with modern amenities. Running hot water, electricity, smart TV, wifi , firepit, outdoor shower, king sized bed.

This old farmhouse is off the beaten path and a perfect place to explore all that the real Maine has to offer. Set on an acre of land outside of town, there is plenty of open out door space, fire pit and a deck with picnic table and BBQ grill. Walking, snowshoeing, cross country skiing and snow mobile trails. Close to lakes, parks and trails. And a hop skip and a jump to the beach.

Nestled in the woods and on Adams Pond next to a small farm. The cabin feels totally hidden away but is less than 10 minutes to Bridgton and Naples, hiking, beaches and restaurants. The woods are beautiful and peaceful and the pond is just down a gorgeous mossy path. Great for couples or a weekend away. Large deck with grill and outdoor shower, firepit. There is a dock on the pond for swimming, fishing, or just enjoying the view as well as a canoe and 2 kayaks, and a paddle board!

Post & Beam Cottage, rustic knotty pine interior. Five miles to Gorham Center close to USM, 20 minutes to St. Josephs College on Sebago Lake, easy 30 minute drive to Portland, 12 miles to the PWM Jetport. Centrally located to many of Maine's finest breweries: Sebago Brewing, Mast Landing, Funky Bow, Nonsuch, Sea Dog, Barrel Souls, Bissell Brothers. Many local hiking trails including trails right here at our farm. Portland boasts of the finest restaurants in the state.

Cozy Cottage-Near Harbor & Park

Bailiwick Cottage is a cozy, private cottage that looks south down Freeport (Harraseeket) Harbor in Freeport, ME. It is a 4 season accommodation that is close to Freeport shopping, Portland eating, and the Adventure Schools of LL Bean. The cottage sits approximately 50 yards from our main house, has its own parking space and patio, and offers the ability to come and go as you wish. We have had 12 honeymoons in the cottage. At the end of Harpswell Neck, so it feels like you're far away, but still only an hour from Portland, 1/2 hour from Freeport & 15 minutes from Brunswick. Use it as your hub to explore Midcoast Maine or hunker down and enjoy the screened in porch after a swim in the cove.
