Welcome to our beautiful holiday home Villa Caravaggio. Villa Caravaggio is a 200 year old rustico that has recently been rebuilt and made in to three separate ground floor apartments. Villa Caravaggio is nestled between the beautiful scenic country side of Campofilone and the endless beaches of the Adriatic cost. The Villa is surrounded by old olive trees, vineyards and pristine farm land. Villa Caravaggio is only 3 km away from numerous beaches, idyllic towns, restaurants and promenades.

La Volta: a unique stay in the heart of Fermo

La Volta is an underground brick dome in Fermo’s historic centre, equidistant between the Duomo and the Piazza. An unassuming street door leads to a shared, steep passage. At the base, a private entrance opens into the circular space below. The brick dome stays naturally cool in summer. The structure is simple and intact; the atmosphere comes from the architecture itself. Private access to a private garden and hill views complete a stay that is quiet, central and full of character.

Casa de mar è un appartamento in un palazzo di inizio novecento, situato al piano terra. Appena ristrutturata, la casa è resa unica dalla presenza di uno spazio esterno esclusivo e dalla posizione a pochissimi passi dal mare e vicinissima ai negozi e ai servizi del paese. La casa permette di vivere la vacanza dimenticando la macchina. Davanti all’abitazione sono presenti parcheggi liberi. Potrete rilassarvi e leggere un buon libro nel giardino della casa. Distanza dal mare 30 metri.

L'attico con la sua grande terrazza è nel centro vitale e pieno di negozi di San Benedetto del Tronto e a 10 minuti a piedi dalle spiagge. È un appartamento luminoso e soleggiato con una grande terrazza ricca di piante fiorite e una pergola ombrosa, all'ultimo piano di un edificio in una strada tranquilla. La biancheria non è inclusa nel prezzo. E' al costo di € 15 per persona per soggiorno. In alternativa, gli ospiti possono provvedere personalmente portando la propria biancheria.
