What we provide- ~linens and towels ~cookware and servingware ~kitchen basics ~soap and shampoo ~starter kit of toilet paper, paper towels, dish soap and garbage bags ~the coffeemaker is a standard drip machine, filters provided ~the grill is propane, though there is also a charcoal grill for your use (byo charcoal) ~firewood, BYO kindling Rental Rules ~Check in is 4:00 PM-10PM / Check out is 11:00 AM -a fee will be charged for late checkout ~No Smoking in or near the Skoolie ~Dogs are allowed, with $40 Pet Fee ~No loud noise or parties ~Absolutely no UTV's, ATV’s, Trailers, or Camper Cancellation Policy 85% of paid prepayments refundable when cancelled 14 days before arrival or earlier. 50% of paid prepayments refundable when cancelled 7 days before arrival or earlier. 0% refundable if cancelled after. No date changes allowed within 7 days of arrival. Please note that no exceptions will be made to the Cancellation Policy, and that we strongly suggest purchasing Trip Insurance that would cover last minute cancellations due to illness or other unforeseen emergencies.

"Hillside Glamper" is secluded and quiet and is equipped with a nice deck, queen size bed, cooking & grilling gear, French press, fire pit & chairs, etc. with a beautiful fall/winter valley & river view. 20 acres of forested hillside situated on the South Fork River. Get back to nature with a kayak trip, fishing, swimming, or hiking a nature trails. A nice bathhouse is just steps away with a hot shower. *Optional power available

RV Sleeps 5 Olympia @ Copper Johns Resort

The Magnolia House RV #5 is a 2022 Olympia RV that sits on the left side of The Magnolia House that sits on the White River between Gastons and the State Park in Lakeview, Arkansas. This RV has a queen bedroom, a bunk bed with 2 twins, and a table that converts into a bed. It easily sleeps 4-5. Families love to book RV #5 and #6 together as they sit close to one another. Also, the 4 units in The Magnolia House can be rented for large groups to enjoy (check for availability). Fully Furnished.

Cozy Country Studio

Enjoy a countryside retreat! Our family-friendly studio apartment is quiet and cozy, with no one but birds and cows as your neighbors (and us! We live in the main house.) Our studio is the perfect getaway or stop along your travels. Full bathroom, kitchen, laundry, and wi-fi. Enjoy our 1/2 mile nature trail, woodland picnic area with fire pit, & playground! Accommodates up to 3 adults + a baby, 2 adults + 2 children, or 1 adult + 3 children. Cannot house 4 adults. (See bed arrangements!)

The Happy Camper - Glamping & Black River floating

A great place to unplug and get away from it all! The Happy Camper includes a covered outdoor kitchen area, a firepit and additional beds in the adjacent cabin. The location is located nearby numerous outdoor gems including the Black River, Taum Sauk, Mountain , Sam Baker State Park, the Ozark Trail and mountain biking areas. The property has a year-round creek flowing through it to enjoy and explore. The adjacent "Cabin on the Creek" is also available to rent if you need more space.

Ranch Hand Glamper, Hot Tub, Fire Pit, Barbecue

Enjoy glamping on a working cattle ranch. The camper has water, sewer, electric, and WiFi. Enjoy the hot tub, fire pit, and hammock. We also have corn hole and other games. The small cozy Glamper is located on our cattle ranch which is about 15 minutes south of Salem. We also have the Rancher Glamper on our farm if you are traveling with another couple. We are 20 minutes from Montauk State Park, 20 minutes from Echo Bluff State Park, and the beautiful Current River.

All the comforts of home! Two TVs and all the amenities of a house with a fun twist. Light and bright with panoramic views or blackout shades so you can cozy up and watch movies or sleep, your choice! Standard size shower, full size refrigerator, microwave, coffee pot, cookware and a cozy plush bed with an additional pillow top air bed if needed. Sectional sofa and two chairs offer plenty of seating in the living room. Enjoy the outdoors in comfort.

Hot Tub, Silver Bullet Tour Bus

The Silver Bullet tour bus is a renovated, themed 1973 MCI Challenger Bus. Step back in time to the 1970's... spin your favorite tune on the record player, disco ball included. The mirror tile on the ceiling of the bed room will make for an unforgetable evening. All of this while enjoying nature and swimming in crystal clear 12 mile creek, complete with shutins and nature trails. After exploring Fredrock enjoy and nice soak in the hot tub!

We are just two miles from Jadwin Canoe rental and TheOutpost general store and restaurant, 6 miles to Cedar Grove and Whispering Pines, 11 miles to Montauk, good jumping off point for an endless number of excursions!
