Cottage is newly remodeled and fenced in. Views of Lake Umatilla from all rooms. 8 miles to beautiful Mount Dora and 3 miles to downtown Eustis. 1 hour to attractions, airport and east coast beaches. We are 20-30 minutes from most local Springs. Lake Umatilla does have public boat ramp access

Deltona is know for its many lakes and Springs. Family friendly and centrally located between Daytona Beach and Orlando parks. Daytona Speedway is only 36 minutes drive. Visiting with an infant, for your convenience, we provide a Playpen, a bouncing seat, and a tub.

There is also a game room to make lots of lasting memories with your family. We are only 40 minutes to Daytona & New Smyrna Beach. 45 minutes to theme parks.

Located on beautiful Lake Mary, this completely renovated studio sized guest house offers beautiful sunsets over the lake from a private patio. A comfortable queen bed, stylish sitting area and fully stocked kitchenette make for a wonderful stay in the Lake Mary- Sanford area. Minutes from the Sanford airport, close to the Sunrail station and 45 minutes to either Disney World or the beach. Our guest cottage is a perfect place to visit. Entryway has handicap access Your host couple live onsite, in a totally separate, YET attached dwelling. This ensures the quality of your stay should an unforeseen need arise. This is a working farm and we have recently constructed a chicken coop for fresh eggs when available.
