We trust you will enjoy our lovely home, Sea Blue Vista. We’ve tried to include everything you’ll need for an great stay, including a well-supplied kitchen, an office space, a small library, enough comfortable beds (and pullouts) for everyone, a heated pool, a grill, and sufficient patio furniture. If you get a chance, visit my personal favorite, the nearby Peace River Garden. Also check out Port Charlotte Beach Park (8 miles away) or Ponce De Leon Park and on-site wildlife refuge (free).

This peaceful/quiet home has fresh paint and new flooring. It's on a canal, which leads out to the Peace River, that flows into Charlotte Harbor. Only 2 minutes from a beautiful park on the Peace River, which offers a playground, pickle ball, tennis courts, shuffle board, boat launch. Bring your own boat and or water toys, there's enough space for parking them. Other perks: outdoor dining over looking the canal/ lounge chairs pickleball paddles/ balls grill only minutes to shopping/dining

House is a 2 bed, 2 bath layout. The Master bed is a king bed and the guest bedroom is a queen. Both bedrooms have walks in closets with easy and convenient shelving and built in hampers. The laundry is stocked with liquid soap and fragrance free powder with fast efficient machines. There are speakers in the house, lanai and pergola. You will be able to control them via your phone. There is a desk work area with extra monitor for laptops and a printer for your use.
