Chris's Cottage Mansfield

Chris’s cottage is a unique, simple, riverfront accommodation located on the historic Delatite Station, a 4,000 acre working farm. It was originally built in the 1860s as the unmarried men’s quarters and rebuilt in the 1920s retaining its original features including an open fire in the kitchen and wide verandas leading to the bedrooms. The Delatite river flows just metres away, filling each room with its soothing sounds. Perfect for a relaxing getaway, where tranquility meets rustic charm.

Villa Jones

Villa Jones, perched on one of Eildon‘s prime locations, offers a mid century modern retreat with sprawling grounds. Designed in the 60s by Architect James Earle , this single level residence ensures privacy amidst lush Gardens and panoramic views. Equipped with modern amenities , Fully equipped kitchen, heating/cooling , Wi-Fi and Swimming pool , promises a relaxing holiday experience. Eildon Village /splash park a stone‘s throw away, granting easy access to all the area has to offer.

Riverfront + Kayaks, Hot Tub, Sauna + Fire pit

In summer, float down the river in a blow-up tube and on cool nights put your feet up by the wood fire or have a sauna by the river. THIS IS A 2 BEDROOM house which sleeps 6ppl (Entire home). An EXTRA 4 ppl can be accommodated externally to the main house. The A frame hut sleeps two (unheated). An additional 2pp riverside bungalow room with french doors and it’s own deck by the river. Book for 8 people to unlock all rooms. No pets, no parties or camping. Quite after 12am.

Rustic shed house in Merrijig

When people look for a rustic getaway, they often mean 5 star wrapped in corrugated iron. This is not that. This is truly rustic - old timber from the cattleyards line the base of the walls. The bathroom basin is from Nanna's 150 year old house. The tin lining is from the roof of our shearing shed, complete with authentic rust marks. Not suitable for small children due to stairs. Come experience our 'Shed House' - a truly rustic accomodation experience in the High Country.

Cedar Retreat - Semi-detached Apartment

The house is close to the high country with beautiful views. The apartment is ideal for a small family or couple. Even though it is attached to the house it is very private. All bedding/towels etc. supplied. Guests interested in accessing Mt. Buller for the snow season, mountain biking, bush walking or just taking in the wonderful scenery will find this location ideal. Delatite BnB offers cosy accommodation for couples right on the banks of the beautiful Delatite River in Merrijig. Just a 3-hour drive from Melbourne and 15 minutes from Mansfield, our boutique bed and breakfast provides the perfect getaway in the heart of Victoria's High Country. The accommodation has a queen-size bed with a modern en-suite bathroom overlooking the river. A healthy light breakfast of fruit, yogurt, cereal, muesli and juice is included.
