This unique BARNDOMINIUM home is designed to offer a memorable retreat for up to four (4) guests, with the flexibility to accommodate two (2) additional guests for a small fee. Enjoy the charming backyard where you can meet a variety of fuzzy and feathered friends or head inside and play on the arcade or relax in the jacuzzi. Perfectly situated near popular beaches and bustling boardwalks, you'll have plenty of options for fun and relaxation.

Treetops beach getaway walkable to beach/boardwalk

East of Route 1, equidistant to both Rehoboth & Dewey beaches, about 1/2 mile easy bike/walk. Brand new for 2021, this fully equipped guest suite offers a private entrance, bedroom with a king bed on an adjustable frame, full bath, laundry, and a kitchenette. There is NO STOVE in this unit but we have provided a microwave and toaster convection oven/air fryer for easy beach meal prep. There is also a gas grill for barbecuing. Please note that this unit is strictly limited to 2 mature adults.

We are a hobby farm with pygmy goats and free-range hens located along Beach Highway near Greenwood, Delaware, in the heart of the Mennonite Community (not to be confused with the Amish). Is a perfect spot for having a great time with family, friends or couples. Sandpiper Village its located between Rehoboth Beach (3.5miles) and Lewes (4 miles). Our condo unit includes free parking, full kitchen, living room, dining room, washer/dryer, dishwasher, Youtube TV /wi-fi. We supply sheets and towels.

The Winkler

The Winkler is a comfortable fully equipped 1BR / 1 BA apartment above our detached 3 garage @ The Tree House. Nestled in lush trees and landscaping in the Rehoboth Beach Country Club. Named after Henry Winkler who played the Fonz on Happy Days, (because he lived in the apt. over the Cunningham's garage). The apartment offers privacy and separation from the main house. Come stay at our favorite little beachtown condo in Lewes! This 1st floor 2 bedroom, 2 bath condo has everything you need for an enjoyable and relaxing vacation! You will be just a few miles to the beach and outlet malls, have access to the community pools (May-Sept), park, and sport courts, and will be within walking distance to several great restaurants and shops. While we are "pet friendly" only 1 pet (dog or cat, 40lb maximum) is allowed per the HOA rules.
