Beautiful cabin in the Laurel Highlands minutes away from 3 ski resorts and many miles of trails through state forest land. Tons of local trout fishing streams. Spectacular mountain view from picture windows on either side of wood burning fireplace and from outside firepit. Cabin is situated on 14 partially wooded, partially open acres. Views of woods, mountains, and wildlife from all windows. Short drive to a number of tourist attractions, including Idlewild, OhioPyle, and Ft. Ligonier

The primary bedroom features a queen-size bed, while the secondary bedroom includes a full-size bed. The living area is equipped with a sleeper sofa for extra sleeping space, and the loft adds two twin mattresses for additional accommodations, ideal for kids. The cabin’s kitchen is equipped with everything you need, including an oven and refrigerator and microwave. Relax at this unusual and interesting old apartment with double split staircase ,Italian leather living room suit, art work and plenty of closet space. Enjoy a good read from my book case. Play on the play station upstairs, listen to music and watch a movie on the large screen tv. Request a professional Karaoke party . We can set it up private or I can DJ for you . Also have a fleet of electric and standard bikes for the Rails to Trails here in Export . Take the family out and have fun!

The home is minutes from many local, restaurants, activities and colleges (Seton Hill, St Vincent) plus so close to the local ice rink (Palmer Imaging Arena), you can see it. We are also only 25 miles from Pittsburgh sports stadiums, and so much more. Some of our favorite local businesses to try are the Yellow ridge Brewery or Ianni’s for a wood fired pizza. Everything is on one floor including the washer and dryer. House is very close to the hospital as well as Seton Hill University and University of Pittsburgh - Greensburg campus. Note that the bathroom is small with not much space to put your items.
