Neds Cottage has been completed to the highest of standards as a new luxurious home. With the most incredible views from the hot tub, you’ll be amazed by how far you can see, Manchester skyline, the Peak District hills and Dovestone Reservoir with Saddleworth Moors - whist Saddleworth Villages lie in the valley bottom. 2 king size bedrooms both en-suite, a small double bedroom with a house bathroom opposite. A massive live-in kitchen, combining a lounge and dinning area, plus double sofa bed.

Enjoy a relaxing stay at this recently renovated grade 2 listed weavers cottage. Only a 5 minute walk to the Town Centre shops, bars, restaurants and other local amenities. The cottage is only a 5 minute walk to the train and bus stations with direct links to Manchester and Leeds and Centre Vale Park is only a 2 minute walk. At this pet-friendly home there is off road parking directly outside, in addition to a free car park close by. At the rear of the cottage is a private, enclosed patio area.

Old Piggery beautiful views. Dog friendly garden.

We converted the Old Piggery over 20 years ago, and have recently done a full refurbishment. It now has a cosy snug with a sofa as well as a lounge with far-reaching views. There is an ensuite bathroom and downstairs, a shower and toilet. The bedroom is on a mezzanine floor with a king-sized, chunky farmhouse bed with an extremely comfortable mattress. The lounge area has a Laura Ashley sofa and snuggle chair positioned to take in a far-reaching views or a 43 inch TV if you prefer!

The Shippen 2 Superkings with En Suites

Not suitable for under 12 years old. Located in a semi-rural setting on the edge of the Peak District, it's just a 20-minute drive from Manchester City Centre with easy access to public transport. Close to Hebden Bridge and Heptonstall, there are beautiful walks and cycle rides from the doorstep, which is 800m from the Pennine Bridleway. There is a wood burning stove (we provide a starter pack of logs) and well-behaved dogs are welcome. A king-sized bed in the bedroom and a double sofa bed in the lounge make this the perfect venue for couples, friends or parents and child!

Chapelfield Croft

Chapelfield Croft is a delightful cottage built of Yorkshire stone, converted from a former outbuilding to the neighbouring barn. Located in the Conservation area of Ripponden, close to St Bartholomew’s Church, the historic packhorse bridge and The Old Bridge Inn dating back to 1307. The cottage is on the edge of the Pennines and a great base who love the outdoors with many varied walks nearby.
