On the way to The Townsend, you'll pass roadside farmstands and open fields. This meticulously restored farmhouse, located on the Cohansey River, features waterfront views in every room in the house so you can unwind, reflect and enjoy the company of family and friends. Outside you'll find a fire pit, hot tub and large field, perfect for outdoor activities. A quick 3 mile drive takes you to the historic town of Greenwich. From our decks overlooking the Delaware Bay enjoy the best Sunsets this side of Key West along with occasional Dolphins, Bald Eagles and a large variety of migrating birds. Located just 15 minutes to Historic Downtown Cape May and the Wildwood boardwalk. Best of all there are THREE ice cream shops nearby!

OASIS Stone Harbor for 12 People + Pool

OASIS Stone Harbor is an authentic "vintage chic" beach house, that is just a block from the ocean and a quick walk or bike ride into town, and it's pet friendly. The OASIS experience is great all summer and as an off-season “retreat” to re-energize mind, body, and spirit. Get your toes in the sand! Our beach home is just two houses or 155 steps from the Delaware Bay with beautiful sunset views from the third floor balcony, off the master suite. We are only two houses from the beach (no beach tags required). We are centrally located to Wildwood & downtown Cape May and also have many local restaurants within a short drive or bike ride! Pool is heated to 82, and will remain open through 10/31/2026. Hot tub on 2nd floor deck is open all year and heated to 104.
