Within an easy walk to Chandor Gardens and Historic Downtown. The home was created from local sandstone, petrified wood, and ammonite fossils and sits on a third of an acre. The back yard features an outdoor patio and is fully fenced. Please book for ALL overnight guests to avoid additional charges at check-in.

Take the ladder to the queen sized bed (low ceiling) overlooking the kitchen or enjoy a movie on the home theater. A well appointed kitchen will make you feel at home. You'll be close to everything historic Granbury has to offer. There's room to park your boat trailer and a public boat launch less than a mile away.

The Country Cottage is ideal for a party of one, a couple or a small family . The country setting and quiet location make it a prime spot to escape for a weekend or longer.

Enjoy the 20 acre property adorned with enormous pecan and live oak trees overlooking the vast scenic pasture of highland cows and mini donkeys. Sip your coffee on front porch rockers and catch a glimpse of the deer. At the end of your day, wind down around the large fire pit!
