This is a private apartment on the 3rd floor of my restored 1905 home in one of Detroit's hippest neighborhoods. Private entrance, big bedroom, stocked kitchen, bathroom, eating nook, living room. So close to the river - close to Belle Isle, walk to coffee shops and restaurants. Last but not least, a top-ratee comfortable pillow top mattress so you sleep and feel great! There is a full-sized bed, sofa and wardrobe. Please note there is no TV. It is spacious, at around 650 sq ft, newly renovated and furnished with unique and hand-built features. The apartment is located in Woodbridge, a residential, quiet and safe neighborhood, about 1.5 miles from Downtown/Midtown.
