We are a close distance to many wineries, breweries, and distilleries. The back yard has an amazing view of the hill country! Gatherings for events are an option but pre approval is required. Suspended above the living room is the bedroom with a view of the tree tops. The bathroom is just below the bedroom at the bottom of the stairs. Generous windows bring the outside in. Step out on to the screen porch for your morning coffee or into the small totally fenced private backyard.
