U heeft een bijzonder vrij uitzicht over de weilanden, bossen en erg veel privacy. U heeft de mogelijkheid om in alle rust buiten in het zitje te genieten. (het ontbijt wordt gratis door ons verzorgd)

The fully equipped apartment for 2 people is located on the top floor of the building from 1900 in the center of Amersfoort. There is a shop on the ground floor, and the owner lives on the first floor. The apartments share the front door and the staircase. The lockable apartment consists of a kitchen-living room, 2 bedrooms, and a bathroom with a bathtub. The staircase is typically Dutch and therefore a bit steeper; it may be less suitable for guests with limited mobility.

Direct aan het water en binnen een paar minuten in het bos of op de heide. Contactloos in en uitchecken is mogelijk. It is located in a nice area, centrally in Utrecht, with a garden on the water and within a 10-minute walk you are in the center of Utrecht! You can rent a parking permit for the entire area from us on site for €7.50 per day. (That is 5 to 10 times cheaper than usual in Utrecht!)
