The main floor offers a living room, kitchen with eat-in dining, 1/2 bath, and a washer and dryer. No neighbors! It’s not a big or fancy place but it’s clean, simple, and relaxing. The stars are brightest in the country when enjoying the fire pit. Our two story cabin has 1BR with two double beds, full kitchen, full bathroom, recliners, and grills. It's perfect for couples, friends, or small families. The Ark Encounter, Kentucky Horse Park, Keeneland, and several distilleries are all within an hour of the cabin. This is a great place to relax between visits to these attractions.

Enjoy this new, peaceful dwelling with space for everyone. Sit on the covered porch taking in the hillside view or watch goats and sheep romp around the farm. (even help feed them, if you'd like) You can take a guided tour and be greeted by all the animals during the day and do a little star gazing at night. We are a 50 acre working farm that practices sustainable agriculture, raising the best meats in humane ways. You can grill some to try for yourselves or make smores at the firepit.

If you are looking to experience lake life, look no further! Our Guest House sits on the beautiful 140 acre Bullock Pen Lake. It's a great place to relax, or enjoy kayaking, paddle boating, paddle boarding and fishing. We have one of the best views of the lake. The Guest House is fully renovated and decorated with relaxation in mind. It has everything you would need for your stay. After all, the lake is where your worries fade and memories are made! Stylish Bluegrass Cottage 7 min to Ark - Fire Pit!

Built in 1954, stylish Bluegrass Cottage has been recently renovated and modernized for your comfort and is located 7 minutes from the Ark, and 37 minutes from the Creation Museum!  Centrally located - 2 minutes away from Walmart and multiple restaurants, but still has plenty of privacy with a privacy fenced back yard, and your own propane fire pit! You'll enjoy access through the back gate to the local park with a walking path around the lake, perfect for evening strolls!

The Cute Little House Near The Ark Encounter

The "Little House" is a cute 1 bedroom house located on our farm in a beautiful country setting with 6 acres of outdoor space for relaxing. It is separate from our home and is all yours. It is conveniently located only 8 miles from the Ark Encounter and you only need to make one turn to get there. We have chickens, ducks, turkeys, a horse, and 11 goats. We also have a 1/2 mile nature trail to explore with a scavenger hunt, and a campfire spot with free firewood.
