Cottage Hideaway in Brigadoon

Relax and enjoy the peace and tranquility in the beautiful cottage on our 13-acre property where kangaroos roam freely and occasionally you might see an echidna. Wild ducks and long neck turtles live in our dam, which during the winter months overflows and cascades down the hill into a roaring waterfall which can be heard from the cottage. There is an abundance of birds; kookaburras, galahs, magpies, parrots, blue wrens to name just a few. Our property is NOT suitable for children or infants.

Studio 13 is a private residence completely separated from our house. It is located amongst giant native trees in a family friendly neighbourhood. You will find many parks nearby and will be walking distance to the local supermarket, bus, train station. Guests are spoilt for choice at the broad range of local restaurants within walking distance. The studio is a comfortable two-bedroom studio each with their own en-suite and has a fully self-contained kitchen, bar table and lounge room.

This self contained, modern studio has a private entry, well equipped kitchenette, aircon, TV, washer, dryer and shared use of the maintained pool. It is a pleasant walk to the coast, Karrinyup Shopping Centre and St Mary's School and a short drive to the city. The studio is suitable for individual, couples and business travellers.
