It is part of a precinct of three buildings, all relating the same function of supporting "Watson's" Bakery in the shop facing Macquarie street (now a funky homewares shop). The stunning views encapsulate the River Derwent and has been know to have whales frolicking, tall ships sailing . Off street parking for 2 and close enough to walk to town.
