Located in a family-friendly area, my home is a true neighborhood experience. The historic Westside neighborhood is safely walkable, making it easy to enjoy a stroll. I am a local and MSU graduate and happy to share more recommendations to help you enjoy your visit. Guests have private access to the entire home, including the backyard. Off-street parking is available. A 5 minute walk to The Irish Pub, Harry's Place Bar & Grill, Rock's Party Store, Biggby Coffee and Hela's Kitchen (Mexican)

Nestled within six acres of beautiful woodlands right along the Grand River, time seems to pause, allowing us to share precious moments that foster deeper connections and create lasting memories at Tree Vistas. Our Winding Springs Treehouse comfortably sleeps 6, while also being fully ADA accessible. Nestled 13-feet above ground, the Treehouse features a spiral staircase leading to the loft, stunning views of the stream and hills from the master bedroom, and many other great amenities.

The Linden House is a newly renovated 3BR/2BA retreat with an office space just minutes from MSU. Featuring a bespoke interior with curated details, lodge-inspired design, and subtle Spartan-themed charm, this home offers style and comfort in every corner. Enjoy a fully stocked kitchen, game room, firepit, smart TV, and pet-friendly ease—perfect for game day, family visits, or a relaxing getaway. Cute little house just north of MSU campus. You will have the whole finished basement with a private entrance. Your co-host lives upstairs in case you need anything, but will completely respect your privacy. There is no need for AC as it’s nice and cool in the summer and comfortably warm in the winter. The apartment is equipped with an IKEA mini-kitchen including a full fridge, microwave, toaster oven, and induction cooktop. Enjoy summer evenings on the back deck.
