Close to shops and cafes and a 5 minute drive to the beautiful sandy beach at West Wittering. Chichester, the South Downs and Goodwood are a short drive. Warm and well-insulated with radiators. TV with Netflix Watch stunning sunsets on the beach and then come back to fall asleep to the sound of the waves.

The Beach House, West Wittering Beach. An airy, bright home, shares a garden with the main house, sitting directly on the beach. A perfect getaway, an hour and a half from London. It is self-contained and is close to Goodwood, Chichester Theatre, great bike routes, local pubs and, of course, the sea is on your doorstep. Open-plan fully-equipped new kitchen, big comfortable sofa, TV/Wifi, separate shower room. Super king double bed, plus 2 single beds on large mezzanine floor with a sea view.

On the corner of beach road this charming annex designed in mind of my guests, it has an eclectic mix of taste from shabby chic to bohemian. Private parking, just 2/3 minutes walk to the beach . I aim to make you feel welcomed and cosy staying in my imperfectly perfect place to rest your head and feel yummy in this little haven. Hopefully I have thought of almost everything to keep you cosy, warm, entertained and relaxed for the less sunny beach days and super comfy in the sunnier ones.

We’re also the perfect base for exploring the local area, including West Wittering Beach and Goodwood events.

The Art Studio, West Wittering

Kick back and relax in this calm, stylish space. The Art Studio is a self-contained building within the gardens of the main house and comprises a bedroom with a king-size four-poster bed and blackout blinds, an en suite shower room and a living room / kitchenette. Four-minutes drive from sandy West Wittering beach and within two minutes walk from probably the best local gastro-pub. Note: Mondays may be subject to noise from band rehearsal at the house.
