THE SUBWAY IS A 10-MINUTE WALK AWAY (2 AND 5 TRAINS AT NEWKIRK). MANHATTAN (WALL ST) IS ~45 MINUTES AWAY BY SUBWAY. To comply with NYC hosting laws the host will be present. This listing is for the two upstairs floors of our townhouse and host stays downstairs.

Prospect Park &Zoo, Brooklyn Museum, Historical homes and landmarks . Kings County and Downstate Medical Center 4 blocks away. Check in is from 5pm to 11 pm.
