This Unit is for 2 people only. No additional guest or visitors are allowed inside the premises. A one time fee of $200 will apply for extra guest/visitors whether they stay or not. Parking is not permitted in the driveway at anytime. Free street parking is available 24/7. A code will be provided to guest upon arrival. No parties , no loud music . Property is still under construction guest might experience slight noises. No pets or service animals permitted. Or a fee of $200 will be required.
