The Fisherman's cottage with separate studio/office on private 1/2 acre is located off Springy Banks Road near Three Mile Harbor. Walk to a market & restaurant, 5 minute drive to East Hampton Village, 10 minutes to ocean beaches. The main house has central AC, spacious living room, eat-in-kitchen, washer/dryer and dishwasher.
