Welcome to this new Hamptons style 3400 sf beach home with 4 BR and 3 BA, situated on 3.5 acres at the end of a private cul-de-sac. Two dedicated work spaces with desk and ultra-comfort chairs. Gym equipment w/ Peloton bike. Pool open from April to about Thanksgiving weather permitting, hot tub year round, fire table, professional grill, outdoor commercial pyramid heaters, deck is private fenced in. Village fringe property is 1.5 mi to Sag Harbor Village and about 2 mi to East Hampton Village.
