This space is the perfect mix of historic charm and modern design in a beautiful country setting 5 minutes from Millersville University. This buildings age dates to the Early 1800's. It was originally a grist mill that used water from the west branch of the Little Conestoga Creek to power a wheel used to grind flour. The mill has now been turned into a wonderfully updated residence with fantastic views on all sides,including one overlooking the creek. Enjoy the large rooms and peaceful grounds.

This efficiency apartment is part of a 19th century home in historic Marietta, PA. The apartment has it's own private entrance so it is completely separate from our actual house. We are right in the heart of historic Marietta, PA. Enjoy the historic architecture of an old train town and unique and vibrant bars/restaurants that Marietta has to offer. Marietta is located on the Susquehanna river in Lancaster county and is a convenient central location to Lancaster, York and Harrisburg.

Take it easy at this unique and tranquil getaway. The entire home has been newly renovated with thoughtful touches and an eclectic feel. Conveniences include a wood stove, sleep number mattress, Viking gas stovetop/oven, deck facing river with propane grill, a covered carport entry, and a 180* river view at the top of the property! This quaint little secluded cottage. Enjoy beautiful sunrises. Sit on the deck and watch the deer, turkey, rabbits squirrels, and plenty of birds. You can even hear bullfrogs croaking from the neighbors water garden. Enjoy the coziness of the BirdHouse. Our kitchen has the necessities to cook. We provide olive oil, spices, salt and pepper, farm fresh eggs, coffee filters, and trash bags. For the bathroom we provide starter shampoo and conditioner, toilet paper, and of course the towels. Linens provided also. Enjoy the courtyard area with its gas fireplace and seating area. Cook on the gas grill and enjoy a meal at the bistro table. Please come and relax!
