Guests will enjoy the City Central location of this nicely updated home a short walk/drive to many great destinations. Just 2-3 blocks to the Chippewa River, Half Moon Lake and Beach. If you are here as a patient or visitor to Luther Hospital/Mayo Health, the location could not be better. There are many Pubs and Eateries a short distance from the house. The fenced yard and deck railing give an added sense of privacy and security. If you identify as "Tourist" or "Transient" beware the CITY!

Located on a 40 acre working horse farm that gives lessons, this large six-bedroom horse farm has views of both riding arenas, and a large hill with horses in every pasture! The house is set up for multiple families or larger groups to have their own space and enjoy together. An attached garage can be used to host get togethers during the summer as well. Beautiful country living just a few miles from town, and just off exit 59 on I-94! Easy access to everything but comfortable country feel.

In the Winter months enjoy ski in-ski out cross-country skiing or snowshoeing at the Silvermine Ski Center. Bring your well behaved dog to our dog friendly home.
