King's Cottage Uralla

Relax in a slice of Uralla's history. King's Cottage, circa 1886 has been lovingly restored and renovated, offering guests the charm of yesteryear, coupled with modern day conveniences. Each bedroom features a period gas flame fireplace, as well as the bathroom where you can lay back in the bath gazing in to the fire as you relax. The cottage also features gas central heating throughout and an expansive sunroom/dining and lounge area has its own dedicated wood burner, for those cosy evenings.

Come to our slice of paradise and take some time out in the modern, single level Cottage built in late 2020, on 4.5 acres overlooking river flats and a fresh water lake. Quiet and open with easy accessibility throughout. The living area opens onto a large undercover deck with river, lake and grassed flats to look at and enjoy. You’ll love my place because it is only 10 mins or 700 metres easy walk to all of the above in the beautiful township of Sawtell. The homes outside space has ample parking for cars and boat. My place is good for couples, solo adventurers, business travellers, and families (with kids).
