You will find our Country Farm House nestled on 88 acres of Edinboro Pa farmland. This 1864 Carriage House that was once a resting place on a stage coach route connecting Ohio to New York, has recently been completely renovated exposing the stunning character of long ago and finished with modern appeal and amenities! Enjoying endless wildlife, serene open fields, woods with various species, deep star gazes, and peaceful sunrises and sunsets is all part of our Country Farm House experience.

Only 2 blocks from Edinboro Lake in a highly walkable, bike-able setting. Take a walk or a bike ride and enjoy a beautiful sunset on the lake. Finish the evening with a cocktail at the firepit.

Take your dog on a stroll around Lakeside, walk in the sand at Pat Crawford Beach, or use the public boat ramp to launch your boat!! Notice: There is currently construction across the street which can be noisy during the day.
