Je vindt hier alles dichtbij: het gezellige dorp Heemskerk met winkels en restaurants, en op loopafstand bos en duinen, vlakbij de zee en strand. Ook zijn er prachtige fietsroutes. Vanaf treinstation Castricum (5km) ben je in slechts 30 minuten in Amsterdam Centraal. De steden Alkmaar en Haarlem zijn ook dichtbij. Graag verwelkomen we u in onze vakantiewoning! 🔆

Romantisch nieuw vakantiehuisje met veranda aan het water én ruime privétuin, midden in natuur-en vogelgebied tussen Alkmaar en Hoorn. Geniet van de rust, het uitzicht, ruime badkamer met douche en bad of ga op avontuur met de kano de polder in. Het Weidehuisje voelt als een afgelegen privé paradijs, maar ligt verrassend centraal in Noord-Holland. Of je nu wil fietsen, wandelen, vissen, vogels spotten, dorpen ontdekken of gewoon even helemaal niets doen. Dit is de plek waar je op adem komt.

Het Soomerhuys is in the center of it all! As the train station is just 1 minute away you will be at Amsterdam Station and Haarlem station within 10 minutes and at the beach within 20 minutes. The cottage is a spacious detached house with three large bedrooms, two bathrooms and a spacious and light living room overlooking a beautifully landscaped garden. If you are looking for the perfect place to stay as a family or a group of friends, with everything within reach, this house is perfect!

Onze plek is een goede uitvalsbasis om Amsterdam en haar omgeving te verkennen, zoals het openluchtmuseum De Zaanse Schans. De tuinsuite is een vredige plek om te ontspannen na een lange dag toerist zijn. De studio geeft vrij uitzicht op de duinen en ligt op een steenworp afstand van het strand (1400 m) en het centrum (1000 m) van Zandvoort. Vanaf het voorjaar kun je met de boot of op een SUP-board de schilderachtige waterwegen verkennen.* Het huis staat in verbinding met de Grote Vliet, een populaire watersport- en vislocatie. Op fietsafstand van het IJsselmeer(strand). *Sloep te huur voor 75,- per dag (vraag naar de mogelijkheden i.v.m winterstalling)

Just 150 metres from the beach and close to the lively centre, you will find our new summer house. The house has been renovated with care and attention and is modern and lovingly furnished. If you are looking for a very pleasant stay on the coast, where peace, convenience and comfort are central, we welcome you to Zomerhuis Margriet. From May to October it is only possible to book from Saturday to Saturday.
