This Passport model trailor/ house is for outdoor enthusiast. Our tastefully remodeled 1956 trailor/ house surrounded by 50 of the most beautiful acres in Grayson county. Spectacular southern views of mountains in Allegheny and Ashe county, North Carolina. There is no WiFi but good cell phone signal is available all over property including 4G. You will find plenty of restaurants and bars in Independence, VA and Sparta, NC but we have found that once you arrive you don't want to leave.

We have been renovating an old 1950's dairy barn since 2013. We fell in love with this location because the barn is set in a beautiful valley in the Appalachian Mountains. You have to drive through the creek to get to the barn. We built this private bungalow on the creekside of the barn with its private entrance. Only 15-20 minutes to Boone, Blowing Rock, Banner Elk & Blue Ridge Parkway. You'll be tucked away on 30 private acres where you can hear a rushing creek at the foot of Grandfather Mountain. AWD/4-wheel drive strongly recommended December-March.

Small cottage secluded on 31 private acres. 3 bedrooms (2 full beds; 2 twin beds). One bath with claw tub/shower. House built in 1929 by owner's grandfather. Comfortably furnished. Linens provided. Front porch and back deck. Playhouse for children. The surrounding acreage is rented to a hunter. There are many lovely hiking trails nearby.
