A 25 minute drive to the University of Arkansas if calling the Hogs is more your style! We are a short drive to Lake Fort Smith state park here in Mountainburg for fishing or swimming in the pool. We have a beautiful deck, a comfortable bed, and grill for you to cook your favorite meals.

This charming cottage located on a vibrant horse farm just outside of Fayetteville city limits is the perfect getaway. With plenty of outdoor living space and a cozy inside you'll be sure to feel right at home in this natural setting. Jen and her husband live on the opposite side of the property and can be available if needed, but it's truly like you are out here on your own. After a day of enjoying a game in town or site seeing you'll love to unwind here.

You are going to love this space! Sunny Side Up is perfect for relaxing, family time or business trips. It's amazing for a romantic get-away destination too! We have plenty of room to spread out and enjoy games or create a masterpiece in the kitchen. We are close to everything. We're in South Fayetteville, near the Square and Dickson St. A few minutes to I49 and you can be at Devils's Den or Fort Smith or north to Bentonville after a short drive.
