This story could have started in the 40's, but we'll start in the 60's when this tiny cabin was local housing to graduate students at Duke. Wonderfully located and unlike anything else this close to Duke University or downtown Durham, the Green Door cabin welcomes you for the weekend or week. Fully renovated recently while keeping the charm intact. You can feel as isolated as you want with every amenity within just a couple of miles. Duke Forest Trails and Duke CC Trail within walking distance.

Enjoy wine and coffee on the front porch or visit the local downtown coffee shops and restaurants. Our space is best suited for adults.

This home is located in the more DESIRABLE and 'not as congested' low crime area of Durham near Chapel Hill, on a half acre lot in the rural buffer zone! You're really convenient to Duke Hospital/Duke campus, and also just a very short drive to Chapel Hill! The backyard is BIG and completely fenced in for family games or just enjoying the birds, or your dog's exercise! Duke Forest trails and New Hope Creek are VERY nearby for a wonderful hike during your stay.
