After half an hour drive from IOANNINA, you’ll find yourself in a place where the only sounds come from the singing birds, the crystal clear running waters and the rustle of the wind as it flows through the lush trees surrounding the house. This is located on the edge of the village, ensuring complete privacy. The village square is a 7-8 minutes walk away. There, are 3 restaurants/cafes

The appartment was renovated in 2018.Outdoors you will find a patio with a exclusive jacuzzi and fireplace also sunbeds and a playground. Inside are 2 bedrooms and a fully equipped kitchen which is combined with the living area. it has a sectional couch that also converts to a double bed. Other amenities include 3 TV's, washer, dryer, A/C in every room, espresso maker, dishwasher, stove top, conventional oven, microwave oven,fridge freezer but also an electric fireplace, safe and iron,ironboard

Το Σπίτι Δελφίνι δίπλα στη θάλασσα 1 είναι το μεγαλύτερο διαμέρισμα του συγκροτήματος των δύο διαμερισμάτων που βρίσκεται στον πρώτο όροφο και είναι κατάλληλο για οικογένειες ή παρέες 4-6 ατόμων. Οι ένοικοι μπορούν να χρησιμοποιούν την μεγάλη πισίνα από κοινού με τους ενοίκους του ισογείου. Σε απόσταση αναπνοής η θάλασσα, παραλίες καθώς και εστιατόρια στην παραλία Μογγονήσι.Η περιοχή ειναί φυμισμένη για την απέραντη ομορφιά της , τα καθαρά νερά και τα καλαίσθητα σπίτια κατά μήκος της ακτής.

Our very private 3 bedroom home (renovated in 2025) is a short walk into Lakka village, Orkos and nearby beaches & swim spots. The locals all agree Vigla has the best views on Paxos. Vom Haus aus sind es etwa 3 Minuten zu Fuß über eine kleine Straße hinunter zum Strand.

It is located at an altitude of 1160m and is an ideal starting point for numerous excursions in the surrounding area: Giftokambos, Iliochori with its waterfalls, the Vikos-canyon or numerous hiking trails are just a few examples of how you can spend an unforgettable time inZagori.
