You'll instantly feel at home, we have a fireplace, video projector, a garden, a very well equipped kitchen, lots of games for kids and a heated pool. IMPORTANT: in exchange for the discounted price for this big, brandnew house, you'll take care of our 2 cats (just feed them twice a day - takes 3 minutes) during your stay. :)

Mitten im Grünen der Donauauen liegt dieses charmante Stelzenhaus, direkt an der Donau, dem Donaualtarm und dem Donauradweg. In Fußnähe befindet sich der Yacht Club Donau, sowie die Wasserschischule Riess, welche durch ihre köstliche Küche und das Angebot an Aktivitäten, wie Wasserschi, Wakeboarden, ect., besticht. Weiters laden etliche Liegewiesen entlang des Donaualtarms zum Sonnentanken ein, und auch für Hundebesitzer gibt es einen eigenen Hundestrand (15 Gehminuten)! Hunde willkommen!!!

The 40 mt2 Art Gallery apartment has shower, washbasin, table, 4 chairs, double bed, sleeping couch for 2 and a single mattress. Nespresso coffee maker, kettle, dinnerware, cutlery... The suite is cozy in winter and cool in Summer because of Cooling System. A big roof-glassdome and three windows make the suite bright, but also dark for long sleepers by covering the dome. Sauna and parking included. Metro stop and supermarket opposite the house. 15 mins to center. NO CHILDREN UNDER 3 YEARS

Each bedroom on the 1st floor has a balcony. A few steps from the house is the Hirschstetten bathing lake. You can swim here for free. The house is ideal for tourists, business travelers, families with children or groups of up to 10 people.
