Our GETAWAY-perfect place for relaxing and fun! It’s private but 1/2 mile to IGA and approx 1 mi to beautiful downtown Rangeley with great restaurants, bowling, arcade, darts and shuffleboard. Ltd access to snowmobile trails directly from the house. ATV is no longer allowed from our home. Trails can be accessed from IGA (park across the st., or Depot Rd (includes trailer parking) 3/4 mile from our home. Hiking and incredible scenery! Walking distance to Pickford Pub and mins o Mtn Star Estate.

Peaceful retreat close to hiking, snowmobile, and ATV trails, and a short drive to Sunday River and Mount Washington. Quiet community on a dirt road between Little Akers and Akers Ponds. Little Akers is no motorized vessels allowed, with swimming, kayaking, canoeing, SUPs, etc. Room for several vehicles. Open concept living area. L' Akers Cottage

Enjoy this Cozy Lake house with a private dock and swimming area. Relax on the large over sized deck while observing the wildlife on the lake. Right next to the property is a public boat launch where you can launch your boat and have it tied to the cottages private dock for easy access. Also available with property is a peddle boat and kyak for your use. ATV trail access is 1/2 mile up the road. In the wintertime, you can snowmobile right from the property to the main trail system.
