Is a secular house with granite stonework and the typical colors of the neighborhood and is located in the historic center of Porto. It was totally restored by an architect of the Porto chamber keeping the old moth. The decoration is based on family pieces carefully collected and restored by me containing objects from various periods. The objective was to preserve as possible the way of life of the Porto residents and in every corner of the house will feel and appreciate their personality.

Recentemente restaurada, diferencia-se 2 zonas principais no interior do edificio, uma área social, e uma área reservada, de 5 suites.A escassos metros da praia, restaurantes, bares e para apreciadores de peixe, da Lota da Aguda pode fazer caminhadas pelos passadiços ou deslocar-se de comboio. Located in Paredes, in a small village of the Northern Region of Portugal, 20 minutes away from the center of Porto and 30km from the airport. There is a train station 900m away. With an outdoor pool and indoor Jacuzzi and views to the garden. High-speed Wi-fi is available through the entire house. The house is always exclusive for your reservation. The entry of people not registered in the reservation is not allowed. Thank you.

Home sweet Home!

The house enjoys excellent exposure to sunlight and is located on the first floor. It has two bedrooms and another room without a window, each room has a double bed. The kitchen is fully equipped, has two bathrooms and a dining room. It has a balcony all around the house, a huge garden with barbecue and interior space for two cars. The lower part of the house is permanently rented, but only the outside entrance is shared.

This is the perfect home for those who like to relax at the end of the day, after exploring the city, drinking a Porto wine in the beautiful and exotic tropical garden! The whole house opens on glass over the garden and the two small fish ponds, which is very pleasant even at night, as the garden is lit and heated on cold nights! The house only has 40 m2 inside, but it is very well equipped and very comfortable!
