Relaxing spot with sea views

Downstairs area, self-contained, 2 large bedrooms, bathroom/shower, separate toilet ,lounge, deck, pool .It is private but part of the house so expect some noise from everyday activities. Own entrance at the side, down a slope with pavers which is slippery when it rains and not suitable for those with mobility problems. The Barn is fully self-contained accommodation 20 metres away from the main farmhouse. Wildlife abounds on this secluded 140 acre farm. You’ll wake up to the neigh of a horse, or the chatter of the cheeky King Parrots. We hope you like animals! Great place to take a break & breathe in the country air, while still being only 20min off the M1 motorway & 18min to the Grafton CBD. Fold out sofa bed available for additional guests or kiddies.
