Situé au centre-ville, à 1 min du café de Paris, face a l’église. La demeure en pierre, séparée en 2 parties accueille la meilleure pizzeria d’Eymet en façade et sur le côté, une entrée dérobée dévoile une charmante cour intérieure avec bassin de détente, table de jardin, BBQ. Egalement, dans une pièce dédiée, tapis de course et rameur. A l’étage un salon salle à manger lumineux et cuisine ouverte. Deux chambres en suite et un lit superposé cabine dans le couloir. 2 toilettes et une buanderie.

Historic walls surrounding a half acre of beautiful floodlit gardens. Two covered dining terraces for entertainment and dining.
