Our quaint sea-side cottage is located on Pennington’s favoured beachside Cherry Lane. Halter Cottage is positioned in a stunning expansive, mainly indigenous garden. The beach is accessed directly from the top of the garden. It is from the top of the dune that you can enjoy the sunrise, sundowners or whale watching in season Pennington is 80 kms from Durban & 600kms from Johannesburg. This friendly coastal village is warm year round & home to Umdoni Forest boasting good birds fauna & flora

We have installed Solar. umBhobe Beach House is nestled behind the sand dunes in and amongst a cluster of beautiful Milkwoods with direct beach access. This modern, creative space is one of two hidden gems in the leafy suburb of Westville (also see “the Green Room” in the Hidden Lookout). Up high in the trees, our space is a tranquil, beautiful, simple space perfect for a break from the city, but close enough to everything to still have fun! If you are coming for business we have fast and dependable WiFi. We also have a GENERATOR for load shedding if necessary.

Take it easy at this unique and tranquil getaway! Our cabin is situated directly on the spectacular Indian Ocean, in a safe and peaceful location and has everything you need to rest and relax. Seaside Heaven offers a modern well equipped kitchen, 1 x sea facing king bed, outdoor braai area and is a short walk to the heart of Umdloti ! The Cabin can only be accessed via walking stairs (100 to be exact).
