On-site parking can be arranged for one space at an additional cost, simply ask us before booking for availability. For your own security, this unit has it's own private entrance through the backyard, where the parking spot is located.

Room has Queen bed and key lock , shared bathroom with 3 other guests if fully sold out. Shared kitchen, dining room with 5 other guests maximum (3rd floor apartment has 2 guests) 2 and 1/2 blocks away from bus stop, 30 minutes $3.50 will bring you to center of NYC: Time Square. Private parking space $10/day

Bright and sunny bedroom in renovated Harlem owner occupied townhouse. The house is steps from 135th Street subway (B and C trains), and 15 minutes to midtown. The bathroom is outside the room, but directly across from it and is only used by the guest staying in this room. Because of NYC regulations, we can only host one person in the room at a time. Please note that although the minimum stay is one night, we typically do not accept one night reservations more than a month in advance.
