Less than 15 minutes gets you to downtown attractions and the airport is just 15-20 minutes south of us. You're never far from fun here!

This unique first floor unit has a style all its own. Located in the heart of Decatur, you will find that all major hospitals and business centers are an easy commute. Start your day at the local bakery steps away from the apartment, work from the electric stand up (or sit down) desk, and wind down at one of the local restaurants or breweries that are an easy walk or Uber away.

The Lakehouse at Clearwater is good for couples, solo adventurers, business travelers, and families (with kids).

Please note …there is a living space above the unit with 2 occupants and their service dog IRoh so there may be some foot noise and barking during the day. The TV is “smart". NO PARTIES ALLOWED.
