The Little Red Cottage is a 2 bedroom, 1 bath house in the cute town of Pine Grove Mills. Downtown State College & PSU are a 15 min drive. This historic older home has been completely renovated in Spring 2023 to have a comfortable stylish cottage vibe. Family friendly, safe quiet neighborhood, near a park and popular breakfast spot! Easy access to Rothrock State Forest. STRICT NO SMOKING/NO VAPING/NO PARTY PROPERTY. We do not rent to guests under the age of 25 without prior 5 star reviews.

Nestled at the woods edge and named after our resident owl, Hooting Haus is a European styled cabin retreat close to all Penn State offers. The gourmet kitchen's rustic charm features a zinc island, butcher block counter and natural stone wall. Entertain guests at the artisan crafted pine table while dining next to the antique fireplace. Relax with a hot tub soak, then cap the evening sharing stories under an inky sky gathered round the fire pit with a soothing hot toddy or mug of creamy cocoa.

Willow Oak Cottage (Minutes to PSU!)

This fully renovated cottage offers the comfort of a brand-new home, providing a peaceful and unique retreat. Nestled on two acres of serene land, it's the perfect place to relax and unwind. Gather around a cozy campfire in the spacious backyard with family and friends. The cottage is located just 15 minutes from Penn State campus and stadium, the location is both convenient and tranquil. Plus, it's conveniently located right near Way's Fruit Farm, which has some of the best apples around town.

Take it easy at this unique and tranquil getaway. You will have a view that shows no neighbors. Close to everything but it might as well be a thousand miles. It started as a place to let the horses catch a breath and a bite of grass and the riders a long gaze of the awesome view. Today our forth generation still enjoys the view from the front porch swing along with a guest list of exceptional size. Please come and enjoy our piece of paradise. Crabapple Suite: charming & cozy, near Penn State

We welcome you to stay and relax in our wonderfully appointed and spacious garden-level guest suite. The suite has one and a half baths (yea!), kitchenette with coffee maker, kettle, mini-fridge, microwave, plenty of natural light, free parking, patio & yard, a lighted, paved walkway to a private, key-less entrance, and sleeping space for up to 4 people. You’re going to love it! Note: the Base price now includes ALL Airbnb fees, but not local occupancy taxes. I don’t charge a cleaning fee.

Cottage in Warriors Mark

Our Cottage was originally the Barber shop here in Warriors Mark. It was eventually converted into an efficiency apartment. I completely renovated the Cottage over the summer of 2024. The space is very comfortable and inviting with everything you need to make your stay enjoyable. The space is perfect for a couple. The loveseat easily converts to a full size bed 51x72 inches. It is comfortable for one adult or 2 children. PLEASE let me know in advance if you will need the sofabed set up.

Master BR contains king. 2nd BR has an XL twin & full-size bunk bed top and bottom. Gorgeous, refinished hardwood floors.

Our cabin is full of luxury & serenity. Combine the peace and meditative beauty of the forest WITHOUT the roughing it, just a jaunt away from Happy Valley, walking distance to C.B. McCann, 25 minutes to Juniata college. The handcrafted sauna easily accommodates 4 people.
